Key Responsibilities :
- HR Support for Facility, F&B, and Hostel Staff
- Act as the primary HR contact for facility, food & beverage, and hostel staff.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct regular check-ins, and ensure consistent HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with department managers to resolve operational challenges with tailored HR support.
- Off-roll Staff Management & Compliance
- Oversee HR processes for off-roll (contract / outsourced) employees in compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor contracts, ensure timely renewals / terminations, and track compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, minimum wages, leave).
- Conduct vendor audits to ensure legal and organizational standards are maintained.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with recruitment teams to hire facility, F&B, and hostel staff within timelines.
- Manage onboarding for on-roll and off-roll staff, ensuring smooth induction and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct orientation sessions covering HR policies, workplace safety, and operational guidelines.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement engagement activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
- Conduct stay interviews with key staff to understand needs and reduce attrition.
- Introduce recognition and reward programs for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
- Performance Management & Development
- Support operational managers in defining performance standards and conducting appraisals.
- Facilitate constructive feedback sessions for staff development and performance improvement.
