Job Title : Regional Manager Offline SIP School Integrated Program (Individual Contributor).

Location : Tier 1 Cities, Pan India.

Role Overview :

The Regional Manager (RM) for Offline SIP is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving revenue growth through strategic B2B consultative sales to CBSE schools.

If you have strong school networks and exceptional selling skills, this role is for you.

Key & Sales Excellence :

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic school acquisitions.
  • Drive high-value B2B consultative sales and close complex deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Strategic Business Development :

  • Leverage strong CBSE school networks to build a solid sales funnel.
  • Identify and convert strategic opportunities by aligning SIP solutions with school needs.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Owners, and Trust Members.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Financial Accountability :

  • Ensure timely revenue collection and minimize outstanding Collaboration :
  • Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless delivery.
  • Reporting & Compliance :

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide detailed sales and market reports.
  • Experience & Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in Offline SIP products (school integrated programs).
  • Strong track record in selling SIP solutions from reputed test-prep brands.
  • Established network in CBSE schools currently running or planning SIP.
  • Skills & Traits :

  • Exceptional B2B consultative selling skills.
  • Strategic planning, negotiation, and deal-closing expertise.
  • Highly target-driven, results-oriented, and revenue-focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
