About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and ensuring a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Guide customers on product / service usage and troubleshoot basic issues
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) for issue resolution
Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes
Maintain service levels (TAT, resolution quality, etc.) and handle escalations professionally
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM tools
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
