The Role
We are on the hunt for Supervisors who have worked in some of Australia’s most elite hatted restaurants or premium restaurants to bring their passion for fine dining and their love of hospitality to our elite venue.
As Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the front-of-house experience at Aria Restaurant. You’ll support the daily service operations, ensuring a seamless guest journey from start to finish.
With a strong presence on the floor, you’ll guide and mentor the team, uphold Aria’s service standards, and create memorable experiences that reflect the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. Your genuine passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to inspire those around you will be central to your success in this role.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, working for some of Sydney's most prestigious restaurants as a Senior Section Waiter or Supervisor to hit the ground running.
