Today, an Indian hospital revenue is largely dominated by Insurance payers - Govt + Private. With 200+ payers in the mix, the overall revenue cycle management (RCM) in India is broken, opaque, and complex filled with unexpected shortfalls and delayed realizations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) with hands-on experience in AI, React, Node.js and AWS . This role is designed for someone who not only thrives in building scalable, high-impact products but also aspires to grow into a technology leadership position .

As a core member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack, product architecture and long-term tech vision.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development and deployment of applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Build and integrate AI / ML models into production-ready systems, ensuring real-world scalability and efficiency.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and align technology choices with long-term business strategy.
• Collaborate with founders, product managers and cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, deployment and security.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, building a strong engineering-first culture.
• Owning technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
