- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves driving business growth by managing sales operations, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the overall sales function to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach and customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.Represent Centre for Sight at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.Qualifications & Skills :
Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.Proven ability to build networks and maintain strong professional relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn the technical aspects of ophthalmology and eye care services.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and develop strategic sales plans.Proficiency in CRM software, field visit management tools, and MS Office Suite.Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or eye care industry is an advantage.(ref : iimjobs.com)
