Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos, Nigeria for a Lead Construction role. The Lead Construction professional will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, manage project timelines, budgeting, and collaborate with architects and engineers. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all safety standards, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to meet project requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong knowledge of Construction and Architecture principles
• Experience in conducting thorough project Inspections
• Excellent leadership and project management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 20 25 years of Experience
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus
