Our preschool provides a warm, stimulating, and safe environment where children develop confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.We focus on learning through play, hands-on experiences, and holistic development, ensuring every child grows with joy, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.⸻Job DescriptionWe are hiring young dynamic, and talented individual to join our team as an Admission Coordinator at SLIS Curious Cubs Preschool.The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and possess excellent communication, marketing, and administrative skills, along with creativity and enthusiasm for working in an early years environment.⸻Key Responsibilities : - Handle all admission enquiries, meet and communicate with parents, provide information about the preschool, and convert leads into admissions.- Clearly explain the curriculum, philosophy, and activities of the preschool.- Follow up with potential parents and maintain enquiry and admission records efficiently.- Oversee front-desk and administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.- Bring in innovative marketing ideas to promote admissions and increase visibility.- Have basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to support promotional activities.- Be skilled at taking photos and short videos for social media content, events, and classroom highlights.- Address and resolve parent queries professionally and empathetically.- Collaborate with the school management and staff to ensure a seamless admission experience.⸻Skills & Qualifications : - Excellent English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).- Strong marketing and interpersonal abilities.- Pleasant, confident, and approachable personality.- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.- Ability to multitask and manage administrative work efficiently.- Creative thinking with a flair for innovative marketing approaches.- Prior experience in a preschool or school admission department will be an added advantage.⸻Qualification : Graduate in any stream (Education, Marketing, or Communication background preferred)Work Type : Full-time, On-site
