Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Gymnastics Coach located in Ahmedabad. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for designing and conducting effective training sessions for athletes of all skill levels. Duties include teaching proper form and techniques in gymnastics and tumbling, developing individualized coaching plans, monitoring athletes' progress, and ensuring safe practices. The coach will also provide mentorship, work closely with parents and other staff, and actively contribute to athlete development programs and competitions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling, with a thorough understanding of techniques and skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching, with an ability to train athletes of varying skill levels effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with athletes, parents, and stakeholders.
• A degree or certification in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach is highly advantageous.
• Passion for fostering athlete development and a commitment to safety and inclusivity.
