- Relationship management : They develop and maintain relationships with brokers and other market participants to access market insights and enhance the efficiency of trade execution.
- Compliance and documentation : Dealers must ensure that all trading activities adhere to both internal policies and external regulatory standards. This includes maintaining accurate records of all executed trades for audit and compliance purposes.
