This opportunity is with Handelnine Global, an e-commerce company that owns and operates15+ online retail brands in over 60 countries. The company has offices in India as well as the USA and servesglobal markets includingthe UK, USA,Europe, Australia, MiddleEast and Southeast Asia.
We’re rapidly growing our core business, expanding internal tools and launching new products, and are opening this position to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own last-mile delivery KPIs , driving continuous improvement in delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
- Manage courier and logistics partners : monitor SLAs, review performance, raise and track issues, file claims for undelivered / poor-quality deliveries, and ensure accountability.
- Resolve customer delivery queries by coordinating with the care team, warehouse operations, and courier partners to provide accurate and timely updates.
- Conduct root-cause analyses (RCA) for delivery failures, delays, and exceptions; design corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee daily order flow to ensure orders progress through each milestone as expected; identify bottlenecks, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure all orders reach final closure.
- Drive operational improvements in delivery success rate, cost per order, refund / cancellation incidence, and NPS through data analysis, experimentation, and benchmarking against market practices.
- Invoice reconciliation - Review monthly invoices to verify correct freight costs, and duties, taxies & tariffs application and identify opportunities to optimize the process and cost.
Skills & Requirements
Working knowledge of international B2C logistics , end-to-end courier operations, last-mile processes, Duties, tariffs, B2C commercial, registrations / licenses etc.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; assertive yet professional.High analytical capability; strong with data analysis, interpretation and decision-making using MS Excel, G-sheets.Experience liaising with courier partners or logistics vendors.Detail-oriented, persistent in follow-ups, and committed to resolving issues conclusively.Curious, experimental, and able to diagnose operational problems with precision.
