• Proven experience as an Oracle RightNow Developer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RightNow CX architecture, components, and customization capabilities.
• Proficiency in developing custom objects, workflows, and rules using Oracle RightNow CX tools (e.g., Customer Portal, Business Rules, Workflows).
• Experience in integrating Oracle RightNow CX with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, system analysts, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Oracle RightNow CX certifications would be a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
