JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant with experience in implementing and supporting complex field service processes.
This role involves configuring OFS, integrating with Oracle Cloud SCM / Service modules, and optimizing technician scheduling, routing, and mobility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) including activities, routing, capacity planning, and technician mobility.
- Gather and translate business requirements into OFS configurations and extensions.
- Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion Service, Inventory, Order Management, and external systems (CRM, legacy platforms).
- Support mobile workforce enablement, dispatching, GPS tracking, and real-time notifications.
- Monitor and tune OFS processes for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support deployment and change management.
- Should be able to support multiple customers in 2 : 00 PM IST to 11 : 00 PM IST shift.
Required Skills :
6+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud.Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, and dispatch logic.Hands-on experience with OFS configurations, APIs, and plug-in frameworks.Experience in integrating OFS with Oracle Service, Inventory, and / or Order Management modules.Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.Familiarity with mobile enablement, GPS, and technician portals.Nice To Have :
OFS certification and exposure to IoT or AI-based field service optimization.Experience integrating OFS with Salesforce or third-party CRMs.Experience with Oracle Service Logistics and Depot Repair.(ref : hirist.tech)
