Job descriptionEducation : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience : 15+ years overall, with a minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in CAPEX procurement for hospitality, retail, or fit-out projects. Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and BOQ analysis. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

We're hiring a Senior Manager CAPEX Procurement & Supply Chain Management to drive end-to-end procurement for new developments and refurbishments across airport lounges, QSRs, fine dining, and retail interiors.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Leading end-to-end CAPEX procurement (planning, sourcing, vendor management, contract execution) for civil, interior, and MEP categories.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for cost optimization and quality assurance.
- Managing vendor identification, negotiation, and contracting.
- Overseeing BOQ validation, rate benchmarking, and using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
