Role Overview

We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Head / Director of Performance Marketing with a minimum 5+ years of working experience in top agencies like GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu and OMG. The position will require you to lead our performance practice and elevate Climaty.AI’s impact across clients and platforms. This role will drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across all paid media channels, ensuring best-in-class performance delivery while developing a high-performing team.

This position requires you to have a total of 10+ years of working experience in performance marketing across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.

You’ll lead the evolution of Climaty.AI’s performance marketing offering — integrating data, AI, and sustainability to set new benchmarks in efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Own the company’s performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (Search, Social, Video, Programmatic, and emerging platforms).
• Translate client business objectives into data-led performance roadmaps that deliver measurable growth and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to shape Climaty.AI’s market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product innovation in the performance space.
