We’re looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing specialist who can execute high-performing ad campaigns and fuel our customer acquisition engine. This position centers on driving flawless campaign execution and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ads.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad campaign execution across channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation, and supporting the growth team in driving measurable results.

If you love working with ad dashboards, setting up campaigns, testing creatives, and optimizing performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Ads .
• Handle campaign creation, targeting setup, budgeting, and reporting.
• Monitor campaigns daily to ensure optimal performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) .
• Support the growth team with A / B testing and creative experiments.
• Use Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools to integrate campaigns with lead funnels.
• Ensure accurate tracking & reporting with dashboards and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign assets.

Working Days : 6 (Tuesday to Sunday, Mondays are weekly offs)

Timings : 10 : 30 am to 7 : 30 pm
