We are seeking experienced and results-driven individuals to drive our IT Software sales. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our IT software products (e.g., ERP, HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Lead the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
Required Skills & Experience :
5-7 years of consistent, relevant experience in IT Software Sales with a strong track record of meeting / exceeding targets.Inside Sales experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Preference for candidates with International Sales experience.Experience in ERP software sales (HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software, etc.) will be a strong advantage.Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.Why Join Us?
