Primary Responsibilities

The position is based in Mumbai and will support Morgan Stanley's Japan Special Sits Group. The role will require to cover a number of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. As the candidate develop, he / she shall involve in financial analysis and modelling, setting up / maintaining industry databases, data collation and analysis, writing reports and participating in the investment recommendation / decision making process.

Knowledge / Skill set required :

• Confident and outgoing personality, with exceptional attention to detail and initiative.
• Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and analyze financial statements, accurate data assessment and interpretation of complex data.
• Precise and accurate writing ability.
• Learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion of work.
• Identify opportunities to improve task management and workflow processes using AI and other digital solutions.
