About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with our Sales leadership team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and talent development across the sales function. This position requires a proven HR leader who can design, implement, and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.

Design and develop assessment frameworks to enhance sales effectiveness.

Provide coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and resolve employee issues.

Evaluate, monitor, and follow up on training programs to ensure impact and alignment with objectives.

Review and benchmark sales HR policies, processes, and recognition schemes to drive best practices.

Drive employee engagement initiatives across the sales workforce.

Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle management including sourcing, hiring strategies, performance management, and compensation.

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.

Lead ongoing process improvements in HR service delivery to the sales function.

Qualifications & Experience :

Strong background in HR leadership, preferably with exposure to sales / field workforce.

Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Proven ability to partner with business teams to deliver impactful HR strategies.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
