Job descriptionPlanning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy Managing, guiding and training internal employees in the team. Measure and manage online content considering SEO and google analytics. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high level of customer interaction Measure Digital ROI and KPIs and prepare budget ( In Later Stages ) Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement. Forecast MQL to SQL performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices Ensuring to implement different Digital Marketing Strategies to across various digital platforms, there by increase the traffic to company website and increase qualified Skills : B2B Digital marketing , Website Design & Alive , Automation, Client Relation management, Social Media Marketing, Campaign Design, web analytics , Digital Marketing operations ,SaaS implementation ,SEM, SEO, Digital Market Space, Elevator / Escalator Demand Responsibilities : Crafting innovative Strategies and Digital Brand Campaigns for Positioning and Establishing the Digital Brand. Developing and spearheading Strategic Plans that cut across various consumer profiles. Work closely with leaders in Sales, Growth, and Product / Engineering to ensure our marketing strategy supports and accelerates elevator sales / online growth Managing the associated internal teams including product marketing, content, PR, media solutions as well as external agencies Ensuring that the Brand Message is strong and consistent across all channel and marketing efforts. Driving Sales, armed with a deep understanding of Consumer Behaviour, Insights and Analytics. Leading the Brands Digital marketing Strategy Directing and supporting Market Research collection, analysis and interpretation of data for long-term and short-term market forecasts. Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise counter strategies. Proven experience in handling Marketing Teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications & Creative Collaborate and extensively engage with various external Marketing Agencies. Manage key stakeholder relationships.
Day to Day responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly calendar plan for Digital Content for posting and implement the overall digital marketing strategy & Budget monthly / annually as per need.
- Manage the strategy implementation & update concerned authority on progress
- Manage, train & retain the team members & motivate them to achieve desired targets
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels / social media platforms
- Measure ROI and KPIs of team members & appraise
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis
- Build and inbound marketing plan
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
