Key Responsibilities

As an Associate - MO – Equity Derivatives at Natixis, your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring the proper recording of structured and exotic transactions related to equity derivatives and issuances.

Documenting operating procedures and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Analyzing new products in collaboration with other bank departments, including Front Office and support functions.

Identifying solutions to enhance the efficiency and robustness of existing processes.

Controlling, affirming, issuing, and reconciling performance payments resulting from equity derivatives with counterparties.

Required Skills

To be a great fit for this role, you should have :

In-depth expertise in equity derivative products and their associated processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation, fostering effective relationships across teams.

Familiarity with the SOPHIS software package is a plus.

A high level of attention to detail and rigor in executing tasks, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in Trade Support, Middle Office, or Back Office roles.

Proven experience in managing equity derivatives and related operational processes.

Experience in documentation and operational procedure development.
