Web Operations Administrator

Ideal Experience :

Familiarity with WordPress, WP Engine, and Malcare platforms (or a strong aptitude to

learn quickly).

Familiarity with web hosting environments (e.g., WP Engine) and server management

concepts.

Knowledge of domain management and DNS settings.

2+ years of experience managing user accounts and permissions across various

platforms.

Understanding of security best practices for web applications and user data.

Experience with security monitoring tools (e.g., Malcare) and incident response.

Experience with bug management systems

Shopify administrative experience (a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field

preferred, or comparable work experience.
