Job Title : Product Manager (CRM Experience)

What You'll Do
- Define the 'Why' : Immerse yourself in the world of credit unions. Conduct deep research to understand their workflows, data challenges, and unmet needs.
- Build the Roadmap : Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from the ground up (0 to 1). You will decide what we build and when.
- Execute with Precision : Translate the product strategy into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Lead the Cross-Functional Team : Partner closely with engineering and design to shepherd features from ideation through to launch and iteration in an agile environment.
- Be the AI Champion : Drive the integration of AI and machine learning to create a truly intelligent CRM that is predictive, automated, and incredibly easy to use.
- Measure What Matters : Define key success metrics and use data to inform your decisions, prioritize the backlog, and validate your hypotheses.
- Become the Voice of the Customer : Act as the primary advocate for our users throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Proven 0-to-1 Experience : 3+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of taking a software product from initial concept to successful market launch, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup.CRM Expertise : You understand the core architecture, workflows, and challenges of modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). You know what works, what doesn't, and why.Customer-Obsessed : You have a natural empathy for users and a toolkit of research and discovery techniques to uncover foundational problems.AI / ML Acumen : You have experience working on AI-powered features and can effectively collaborate with engineers to leverage data and models for magical user experiences.FinTech Passion (Bonus) : Previous experience in the financial services or FinTech space is a strong plus.Scrappy & Resourceful : You are a master of navigating ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and thriving in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.Exceptional Communicator : You can articulate a compelling vision and communicate complex ideas with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Why You'll Love Building with Us
