Role : Facebook Media Buyer (D2C Focus)

We don’t want a “button pusher.”

We want someone who understands

creatives, funnels, psychology, retention loops, and growth mechanics

across the entire D2C journey.

What You’ll Do

Strategise, manage & scale Meta campaigns for fast-growing D2C brands

Build and execute full-funnel growth plans (TOF / MOF / BOF)

Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, angles & performance-first iterations

Deep-dive into metrics to find growth levers and eliminate plateaus

Communicate clearly and proactively with clients & internal teams

Run structured creative testing and scale winning systems

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have solid experience running Meta ads for D2C brands

Understand the interplay between

creatives, CRO, landing pages & retention

Can break down complex numbers into simple insights

Love performance creatives (UGCs, statics, high-prods)

Are data-driven, structured, and obsessed with performance

Communicate exceptionally well — written & verbal

Bonus Points

Experience with Google Ads

Experience in high-growth or fast-paced performance teams

Location : New Delhi office
