Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide our engineering team, drive technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on coding expertise, with a focus on modern JavaScript, React.js, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Take hands-on ownership of complex coding tasks in JavaScript and functional programming.
• Drive architecture and design discussions for scalable and efficient solutions.
• Implement and oversee CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Manage Git repositories including branching strategies, pull requests, merges, and conflict resolution.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain best practices across the team.
• Integrate React.js components with WebSockets for real-time functionality.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai) to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to align on project goals.
