Job Description

As part of Lotus Tapes’ commitment to excellence and all-around customer satisfaction, our ISO and IATF certified flexible manufacturing system plays a vital role in maintaining high service standards. As an Associate – Manufacturing , you will work under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor and be responsible for key data collection, reporting, and supporting compliance tasks that ensure the plant operates efficiently and in adherence to quality management system standards.

You will assist in :

• Daily production data collection and log preparation
• Productivity and downtime reporting
• Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation
• Supporting internal and external audit preparations
• Identifying non-conformities and assisting with root cause analysis
• Updating control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as directed
