Experienced professional in the aerospace – Chemical processes field to join our manufacturing team. In this role , you will establish, monitor ,control and optimize the chemical processes which include Electro chemical part marking , Acid alkali cleaning of stainless steel, Inconel, titanium hardware , Dry film lube coating , pre penetrant etching , ultrasonic cleaning and cleanliness verification , solvent cleaning of sheet metal and tubular products ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality while driving operational efficiency

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Role Overview

• Daily monitoring of chemical process operations and documentation, equipment , instruments , maintenance and checks of the electroforming process
• Ensure that the documented work instructions and the router requirements are implemented as per operation sequence
• Root cause analysis for the process defects and implementation of the corrective actions
• Qualification and Training of operators on the special processes and related equipment
• Coordination with Quality team for the calibration of instrumentation of process equipment and ensuring process and quality compliance
• Preparation of Standard work , EHSRA , Heat Map and SOD and periodic review
• Preparation of PFMEA and periodic review
• Control of consumables and Implementing ideas for cost reduction
• Generate and implement Productivity improvement ideas
• Ensure compliance to customer specifications - requirements and NADCAP special process requirements.

Experience And Technical Skills

Hands on experience in the processes including electrochemical part marking ,dry film lube coating , etching , cleaning and cleanliness verification

Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate is a Mechanical / Production Engineer with 4-7 years of aerospace industry experience, specializing in chemical processes for engine hardware, NADCAP audits, and automated systems, with strong safety, quality, and troubleshooting skills.
