Job descriptionEnsure timely compliance with statutory requirements under Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and global CPAs for financial reporting and compliance. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (MBA / CA Inter preferred). 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. Strong understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global coordination. Experience working with international teams or clients. Familiarity with payroll software and HRMS tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, invoicing, reconciliation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and Indian taxation, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with global CPAs and cross-functional teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions : accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Oversee order processing and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
Administer payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
