Job descriptionManage and schedule all civil projects ensuring timely completion. Estimate and evaluate job scope and prepare valuation reports. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and CAPEX for civil and infrastructure projects. Communicate with new vendors for issuing work orders and negotiating terms. Maintain complete documentation for each job from planning, estimation, and work order generation to execution and billing. Track project progress and ensure timely reporting and compliance. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to contractual terms, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, planning, scheduling, designing, execution, and industrial infrastructure maintenance.
Project Execution and Supervision
- Responsible for site execution of civil and industrial infrastructure projects.
- Execute work as per organizational safety policies and work permit systems.
- Provide on-site technical supervision ensuring design adherence and quality standards.
- Ensure proper distribution of work among engaged contractors for effective execution.
- Maintain effective communication between contractors and the company for seamless coordination.
