Job description

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer ( Minimum 1.5 year of full-time experience ) to build and optimize LLM-based applications for data extraction, XPath generation, and autonomous AI agents. The ideal candidate shouldhave hands-on experience with large language models, expertise in Python, and a passion for solving AI-driven challenges in an agile environment.

Salary Budget is upto Rs. 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deploy LLM-based applications for data extraction, XPath generation,

and autonomous AI agents.

Engage in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and rapid prototyping to enhance

AI performance.

Integrate LLM functionalities into existing systems using APIs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs and AI to propose innovative

solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience in AI / ML development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML / NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face

Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., Openai, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek), including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

Experience with agentic frameworks like Langgraph and CrewAI.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an exploratory, agile environment.

Familiarity with API integration and deployment of AI models in production

Environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Knowledge of web scraping, data parsing, or autonomous agents.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Understanding of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

techniques.

Since this is a completely work-from-home position, you will also require the following -

High-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work.

Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM, and

no other obstacles to interrupted, efficient work).

Headphones with clear audio quality.

Stable power connection and backups in case of internet / power failure.
