About the Role

We have an urgent requirement for a skilled Procurement Consultant under Diversity Hiring with strong expertise in the SAP MM module and hands-on experience in Excel, Macros, Power BI, or Tableau. The selected candidate will manage procurement processes, optimize purchasing operations, and support cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Procurement and Purchasing operations in SAP MM

Handle PO creation, vendor management, GR / IR, and documentation

Conduct data analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau

Collaborate with internal teams for procurement planning and execution

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Maintain accurate records of materials, vendors, and transactions

Support audit, compliance, and reporting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management)

Proficiency in Advanced Excel & Macros

Experience using Power BI or Tableau

Solid understanding of Procurement processes : sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, contracts

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large datasets

Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

• SAP MM certification (preferred but not mandatory)
