The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid foundation in networking concepts to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems and services.Key Responsibilities- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability.- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic networking issues.- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams.- Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.- Work in a 24x7 shift environment ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and support.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.- Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.Key Skills & Requirements- 3–4 years of relevant experience in NOC or IT support environments.- Basic networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
