Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our DMS (Distribution
Management System) and Sales Automation initiatives. This role will be responsible
for driving digital sales transformation, optimizing distribution operations, and leading a
high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of DMS and sales
automation tools.
Drive digital transformation initiatives for sales and distribution processes.Ensure seamless integration of sales automation tools with existing businessprocesses.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales anddistribution teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, andIT to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DMS and sales automation professionals.Manage budgets related to DMS and sales automation initiatives.Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in sales automationand FMCG distribution.
Qualifications & Skills :
10+ years of experience in sales operations, distribution management, or salesautomation within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of DMS, CRM, ERP systems, and sales automation tools.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to drive change and implement technology-led solutions in a fast-pacedFMCG environment
