Position Overview :

We are seeking a Product Manager (Technical) who combines strong product instincts with hands-on coding ability. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, customer empathy, and deep technical execution.

The ideal candidate is not just a "spec writer" but someone who can prototype, ship, and iterate quickly - collaborating with forward-deployed engineers, researchers, and enterprise clients to translate real-world needs into scalable multi-agent workflows on the Adya platform.

This is a full-time, remote role.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Own product lifecycle end-to-end : from discovery and specification to build, deployment, and adoption.

2. Translate customer requirements into production-ready workflows and features.

3. Write code and prototypes to validate ideas quickly and guide engineering teams.

4. Partner with forward-deployed engineers and enterprise clients to drive adoption and ROI.

5. Define and monitor success metrics for product performance, usability, and impact.

6. Collaborate with platform, research, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution.

7. Maintain deep awareness of AI / ML advancements and their applicability to Adya's 3-6 years of experience in product management, software engineering, or related roles.

2. Strong coding skills (Python, TypeScript / JavaScript preferred; familiarity with ML frameworks a plus).

3. Track record of building and shipping products, ideally in AI / ML or developer tooling.

4. Strong product sense : ability to prioritize customer value, usability, and adoption.

5. Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
