Reservations Agent (Urgent)

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a clear understanding of US accent to join our team and support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring outstanding communication and customer service skills to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient reservation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
