About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Copy Lead who lives and breathes ideas — someone who can craft words that move people and guide teams that inspire them.
As a creative thinker with deep experience in both mainline and digital communication, you'll lead copy across campaigns, mentor junior writers, and collaborate with design, strategy, and account teams to create work that resonates and wins — both hearts and awards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Strategic Ownership
- Lead copy development across digital, mainline, and integrated campaigns.
- Conceptualize, write, and edit high-impact content — from video scripts and social copy to brand campaigns and 360° communication.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art teams, and strategists to develop powerful brand stories.
- Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas that align with client objectives and business goals.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Guide, review, and mentor a team of junior copywriters and interns.Ensure creative consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all copy outputs.Foster an environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and collaboration.Campaign Excellence
Contribute to and lead award-worthy creative campaigns.Translate briefs into compelling narratives that work across platforms — digital, film, print, and experiential.Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with efficiency and deadlines.What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
6+ years of hands-on copywriting experience in advertising or digital agencies .Proven experience writing video scripts, brand campaigns, and digital-first content .Past experience working with a leading creative agency is a must.A track record of contributing to or leading award-winning campaigns .Technical Skills
Strong command over English (US usage familiarity preferred); proficiency in Hindi is an added plus.Excellent storytelling, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital publishing and marketing tools is a plus.Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, content platforms, and evolving consumer behavior.Behavioral Traits
