FluteSpace is reimagining radiology reporting with generative AI. We work with radiology groups around the world, including USA, Australia, UAE, helping them streamline clinical workflows and boost productivity.

FluteSpace operates from the US and India to serve our global radiology clients. We’re looking for an Account Strategist (Delhi) to work directly with radiologists, replicate clinical workflows, and help refine our generative AI platform, with opportunities to grow as we expand our workforce globally.

FluteSpace is co-founded by a diverse group of passionate visionaries, including former Head of Data Science (AMER) at Google and an ex-AWS Architect.

Job Description

Join us as the founding Account Strategist , working directly with radiologists and global clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, replicating clinical workflows, and fine-tuning our product based on feedback. You’ll bridge radiologists and our AI researchers and software engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead client onboarding and workflow replication

Collaborate with radiologists to capture feedback and improve product fit

Partner with engineers to fine-tune AI reporting tools

Train and support radiologists across multiple regions

What We’re Looking For

Understanding of radiology workflows, anatomy, and physiology

3–6 years in healthcare tech, clinical ops, or consulting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Business acumen to align client needs with product goals

Experience with GenAI in healthcare is a plus
