Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with targeted hosts via phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings to provide actionable recommendations for listing optimization and bookability improvements.
- Prepare personalized outreach templates, including emails, call scripts, and campaign materials to enhance host portfolio performance.
- Conduct consultative calls to advise hosts on pricing, availability, and staying competitive in the market.
- Educate clients on feature / product changes and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive call tracking sheets to monitor productivity and analyze engagement impact on key metrics.
- Support market management team in educational workshops, meetups, or in-market events as required.
- Manage a large volume of accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure timely execution, attention to detail, and follow-through on all assigned tasks.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and account activities.
