Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynoteck’s footprint in India
- Own the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Represent Cynoteck’s offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile / web development) to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals
- Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analytics
- Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS salesProven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growthDeep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development servicesStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and sales automation toolsStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executionSelf-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
