About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Tech Lead with a strong foundation in MERN Stack , Data Observability , and AI / ML technologies . You will drive the architecture, development, and integration of scalable web applications while ensuring data health and enabling AI-driven features. This role combines hands-on coding, system design, and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 MERN Stack Leadership

• Lead full-stack development using MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and front-end components
• Guide code reviews, testing strategies, CI / CD pipeline implementations, and dev best practices
