Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products / services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Achieve call targets and maintain call quality.
Key Skills Required :
Excellent communication and listening skills.Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills (if applicable).Basic computer and CRM knowledge.Time management and multitasking abilities.Qualifications :
Minimum graduationExperience in customer service / telecalling is a plus.Proficiency in English, Hindi.
