Job Summary
The Sr. Executive– HR Compliance, Payroll Inputs Coordination will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs and maintaining end-to-end statutory compliance in accordance with applicable labor laws. This role involves coordination with internal departments and external vendors, maintaining statutory records, supporting audits, and ensuring seamless integration between payroll data and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR compliance frameworks, payroll processes, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate data collection from various departments.
- Collate, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs to the payroll team
- Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all employee benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions are processed correctly.
- Support statutory audits, labor inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, including timely submission of returns and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience : 4–6 years in HR Compliance and Payroll Coordination roles.
- Skills :
- Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Experience in handling payroll inputs
- Proficient in Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
