Job Title : Trainer

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in teacher training sessions and orientation workshops for special and inclusive schools.

Work on testing and validating tactile diagrams and resource materials.

Support the development of training modules, classroom demonstration aids, and student-based learning sessions.

Provide feedback to improve tactile learning resources and instructional materials.

Coordinate with internal project teams for resource delivery and field-level implementation schedules.

Maintain documentation of training sessions, feedback, and usage of learning materials.

Participate in project reporting.

Required Qualifications :

Preference to candidates with Science and Mathematics up to Class 12 (CBSE / State Board or equivalent).

Hindi-medium education or excellent fluency in Hindi (preference).

B.Ed / D.Ed (Special education) or B.Ed or Graduation with direct experience of working with children with disabilities

Knowledge of tactile diagrams, Braille, or assistive learning technologies is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies :

Proficiency in explaining academic concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Good communication and training skills.

Comfort with using computers for basic documentation (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Detail-oriented, especially regarding educational resource training and testing.

Strong willingness to learn and improve through feedback.

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
