Inbound Tour Consultant (Operations)

Job description5–10 years of experience in outbound leisure travel (individuals + groups) Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa formalities, and DMC networks Experience in building customized itineraries across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, etc. Familiarity with international agent partnerships and pricing strategies Ability to manage multiple itineraries and vendor conversations simultaneously Should be capable of managing inbound processes if needed (same client, different vendor set) Working knowledge of Galileo or other GDS platforms is a plus Must be highly organized, client-facing, and able to meet deadlines Work with a reputed, award-winning travel company with a strong domestic and global presence Grow across verticals : corporate, leisure, inbound, outbound, and MICE Supportive work culture and professional development Easily accessible office — just a 5-minute walk from MG Road Metro Station
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage outbound travel itineraries for individual and group leisure travelers
- Coordinate with international DMCs and consolidators for destination-specific queries, pricing, and logistics
- Suggest relevant destination options and package components (flights, visas, hotels, tours) as per client needs
- Collaborate with destination representatives based in India for package consolidations
- Maintain relationships with preferred vendors and build new ones where needed
- Assist in preparing cost-effective and tailored travel quotes
- Work alongside internal teams and provide support on inbound queries when required
- Guide and supervise an assistant for documentation, data entry, or operational follow-ups
- Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot any real-time client concerns
