As the Head of Information Security at Pixis, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

You will lead efforts to safeguard Pixis' information systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Pixis' information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
• Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.
• Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on Pixis' security posture.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
