Job Title : Head – Cybersecurity Delivery

About the Role

Our client, a large global IT services organization, is looking for a senior leader to manage end-to-end Cybersecurity Delivery across multiple global clients. The role requires managing large-scale teams and complex cybersecurity programs across the EU and Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cybersecurity and GRC delivery across multiple clients, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Manage a team of 2,000+ professionals across SOC, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, and GRC.
• Oversee a portfolio worth USD 100–150 million, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders to define, implement, and optimize delivery strategies.
• Ensure seamless delivery across onsite and offshore teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle escalations, delivery governance, and P&L ownership for cybersecurity programs.
