Job Description : Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities : -

Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including timely general ledger close

Prepare and submit Financial Statements in accordance with IGAAP / IFRS, Local Corporate Tax reports, and Other financial reports to Revenue / Statutory authorities / Auditors

Examine financial accounts for fraud / errors & establish / enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

Assess, create, and enhance departmental controls, systems, and practices

Ensure that financial records, policies, and practices comply with corporate and country laws and requirements

Recruit, educate, and inspire accounting department team members

Providing support for internal and external audits

Collaborate with other Regional and Corporate Teams

Implementation of new solutions and tools

Keep up with recent financial industry trends and developments

Qualifications and Skills : -

Candidate should be self driven, have a very positive attitude & possess with below qualifications / skills

8-12 Years experience in Accounting (CA Mandatory)

Experience in Tally, Quick books, SAP and Excel / PPT.
