EXECUTIVE – STANDARDS & QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is an industry-led organization set up by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). It aims to develop a skilled workforce for India's logistics sector by designing and implementing training programs aligned with industry needs. LSC focuses on enhancing employability, improving productivity, and supporting the growth of logistics services.
JOB TITLE : JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Uploading of NOS, Qualification Packs, and Related Documents : Responsible for timely uploading of National Occupational Standards (NOS), Qualification Packs (QPs), and other relevant documents / data on the SIDH and NQR portals as per prescribed guidelines.
- Portal Issue Management : Raise and track tickets on the SIDH portal for any discrepancies, errors, or technical issues to ensure smooth processing and resolution.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), NSDC, and NCVET officials, for various project-related activities.
- NCVET Approval Coordination : Coordinate with NCVET officials to facilitate the approval process of Qualification Packs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Vendor and Payment Coordination : Coordinate with vendors for assigned deliverables, prepare and issue Work Orders, and follow up for timely completion of tasks and processing of payments.
- Content Development Support : Assist in the development and revision of Qualification Packs and National Occupational Standards (NOS) in consultation with industry experts and internal teams.
- Learning Material Development : Preparation and quality review of learning resources including Model Curriculum, Participant Handbooks and Facilitator Guides in line with approved QPs and NOS.
- Industry Validation Process : Obtain industry validation letters from PAN India companies for the developed Qualification Packs, ensuring adequate representation and endorsement from industry stakeholders.
- Records and Documentation Management : Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all documents, approvals, correspondences, work orders, and validation reports, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval of information.
