What You'll Do :
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
- Build deep, trust-driven relationships with decision-makers & influencers
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to meet growth goals
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
- Be the client's voice internally - align solutions with their evolving needs
- Analyze client feedback, market trends & competitor activity
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene - track interactions, pipelines & deal stages
- Report on revenue trends, renewal rates & client performance
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless service delivery
Must-Have Skills :
3-5 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SalesProven track record of renewal & upsell ownershipStrong client communication and relationship-building abilityStrategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into growthComfortable managing multiple accounts & priorities independentlyExperience with CRM platforms and performance trackingGood to Have :
