Job description
  • Manage and support Active Directory environments including user / group administration, GPOs, and domain services
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Office 365 (O365) messaging platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, mailbox configuration, and server performance
  • Administer and support Skype for Business environments including integration and voice features
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates on Windows Server platforms (2008 to 2022)
  • Work with TCP / IP networking concepts for troubleshooting and system connectivity
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with network, security, and support teams for system integration and stability
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and recovery plans
